- Process applicant credit and reference checks to ensure quality tenants
- Execute the lease and proper addendums
- Collect rents via online system or receiving checks
- Provide a 24 hour emergency line
Compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Regulations begins with the rental advertisement. Pre-qualification begins with that very first call and appointment to view the unit.
Our move-in process includes a detailed checklist of unit condition and tenants have 24 hour access to our online system to pay rent or report a maintenance issue.
- Provide standard maintenance and repairs
- Keep your property up to code with government mandates
- Provide periodic property inspections
- Process tenant move-outs to insure proper security deposit return
- Delivery of Tenant Notices
We rely on trusted vendors/contractors to handle all standard maintenance and repairs and you pay only what is billed.
If your tenant would like to extend their lease and you approve, we will perform an inspection prior to final approval.
When tenants move-out, proper regulations are applied to insure accurate deductions from a tenant’s security deposit. Once your tenant gives notice, we are beginning the search for a new tenant in order to lessen any income differential.

Accurate records are provided with monthly and year end statements sent electronically or via mail. We can also provide you with a complete report by paying your property related bills directly from your income received.
